Offering the greatest coverage of charging points across Europe, GIREVE provides access to a comprehensive charging equipment database as well as real-time availability of charging spots and remote access to bookings.
With this new solution, Allianz Partners confirms its commitment to developing e-mobility services to better accompany EV drivers and offer high-quality customer service. Allianz Partners aims to improve the customer experience by providing essential, high-quality data such as real time updates on station availability and by displaying key information (access hour, type of connector, charging power, etc.).
The partnership, which was launched in France in January 2021 and is being expanded across Europe, marks another milestone in Allianz Partners’ global strategy around electric mobility. In June 2020, Allianz Partners launched a turnkey offer in partnership with EVBox, a pioneer in EV charging, and ENGIE Solutions, a tailored solutions provider for energy transition. In March 2020, Allianz Partners joined CharIN as a core member of the association to unify charging around the combined charging system standard.
From 2021 onwards, Allianz Partners will provide customers with specific roadside assistance solutions designed specifically for electric vehicles, including a dedicated call centre for EV owners, reachable by the click of a button installed in the car.
